Understanding GYRObeats on Beatport and Traxsource:

Genre Compatibility:

‍It's crucial to select genres supported by Beatport and Traxsource. Releases must align with their genre guidelines for successful delivery. Unsupported genres such as folk, rock, or hip-hop will encounter delivery errors and may not go live on these platforms. For a detailed list of supported genres, see here.

If you wish to deliver your releases to Beatport and Traxsource, you will need to:

1. Please also ensure that your selected genres are supported by Beatport and Traxsource. Releases that are delivered with unsupported genres (folk, rock, hip-hop etc.) will not be delivered. There will be a delivery error that prevents the release from going live there. For a full list of supported genres, see here
2. Reach out to us at support@gyrostream.com to ask for your release to be delivered to Beatport and/or Traxsource under GYRObeats

Transferring Labels from Old Distributors:

Already associated with another distributor? No problem, we can arrange a label transfer for you. To transfer a label from your old distributor to us, you must contact the distributor who created your Beatport/Traxsource label and request a label transfer to a different distributor (i.e., us). Please provide us with a screenshot of an email from your previous distributor that clearly shows:

• The previous distributor stating they approve of the label transfer
• The name of the label that is being transferred
