Updating Your Release Once You've Submitted It

If you’ve hit that submit button on your release only to realise you need to change something - don’t stress! Our friendly GYRO team is here to help.

Did you know you can your release directly within your artist dashboard after its been submitted?

  1. Login to your GYROstream account, and navigate to 'MY CATALOGUE'.
  2. View the release you would like to update, then in the top-right corner click 'EDIT RELEASE'.
  3. Here you will be able to make a number of changes to the release metadata including; the release date, release title, credits, artwork, audio and more!
  4. Please note, to change your artist name you will need to contact our support team directly. Unfortunately we cannot change the order of tracks on an EP or album, or change track ISRCs without re-uploading an entirely new album or single.
  5. Once you have made your changes click 'SUBMIT EDITS'.
  6. These changes will then be processed by our team within 48 hours.
  7. Please allow 3-5 days for streaming services to update your release on the platform.
